"If I could give zero stars I would. This have been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. Run for your lives. Management simply don’t give a damn. Don’t get me started on the cockroaches, loud neighbors, trash everywhere, and all the little updates you don’t find out about until there’s a final warning. They’ve changed rental portal numerous times THIS year, don’t get me started on the valet trash. It’s hideous. Simply put, move elsewhere. Parking is a nightmare. If you get off after 4pm you’re screwed. Take it from me. Do not live here"

"This apartment has been incredibly dissapointing lately. The door locks to the building have been broken for over a year, there is no parking, and management is unresponsive to these issues. Recently they switched the website for automatic payments and sent one email notifying us about the change a week before payments were due. Then they charged almost $200 in late fees when we switched and paid a day late. There are no upgrades to the facilities even though rent has gone up by several hundred dollars. Dissapointing. You should move here if you want to overpay and like your hallways smelling like trash and urine. There are much nicer apartments for the same price."

"We have lived her since August of 2019 and are extremely happy to call it our home. Maintenance is amazing and very helpful with any concern that you have. Office management stays on top of the issues and gets back with you very quickly whether it’s via phone or email. The property is maintained nicely. The location is the best very close to the hockey rink and in a good school district."
