"Gates rarely work, forced to sign an addendum for an invasion of our privacy (installing smart home features that we do not want) forced to sign another addendum that makes us pay for TV that we also don't want. Many things that don't make sense from the management company. Also making partial payments is not possible"
"From the initial tour to signing of my lease and moving in, this team made my move in process smooth. They took care of me and went above and beyond making sure I was happy with everything. They truly do care about your happiness here. Can’t wait to renew my lease!!!!"
"I lived here for 2 years, and the transition from BH Management to RPM Management was absolutely terrible. I cannot advise people enough against moving here. You'll face repeated charges for renter's insurance fees that never seem to get taken off each month, even though you have documentation showing otherwise. They'll say it's a "corporate issue" and that it'll be fixed, but I kept getting hit with charges each month until I finally moved out. There were also issues with the online payment system that they used, which would frequently and mysteriously go "down" come rent payment time. They also tried to increase my rent by over $100 when it came time for my lease renewal, which is why I eventually left. Not included in the rent price are also fees like a $25 valet trash fee (which they've removed 2 trash dumpsters from when BH ran the complex making you walk a further distance to throw trash away), a $72 internet/tv fee (which is a good deal actually, but you still have to pay a service fee regardless if you opt out of it), a $4 pest fee (which in my 2 years of living here I never saw anyone spray around the complex), we were also charged each month for gas even though we had no gas appliances. I had maybe 10 different friends in neighboring building who moved out since January 2023, and the number of available apartments increased from around 5 before BH Management sold the complex to over 45 when I moved out, which should tell you something. The only redeeming quality was the maintenance team which stayed after the complex was sold to RPM Management. Very polite and do their best with each reported issue. Don't believe the management team either. Once you sign and give them your money, it's hard to get them on the phone or do anything. I honestly wish BH had never sold this complex or I would've stayed."
"Horrible place to live. Two months ago my son’s $80k vehicle was stolen because the gates never work and two days ago someone hit his brand new truck in the parking lot and didn’t leave a note. My son’s master bathroom hasn’t had hot water since he moved in. He’s been using the guest bathroom to shower. He was also double billed for electricity each month for three months because they were charging him for his electric and the neighbors bills. The pool was under “cleaning” and closed the whole summer. Ghetto apartments at a premium price with a high turnover of office staff. As soon as his lease is up he’ll be moving to an upscale apartment for the same price. PS. Be warned that if you sign a lease and want to break it they will charge you for the entire duration of the lease in fees."

The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, and any maintenance issues were promptly addressed. I highly recommend renting from Grayson Ridge (ask for Michal!!) for a positive and hassle-free renting experience."
