"If I could rate this with zero starts I would. Moved in back in August. We were told before we moved in that the widow would be fixed and it didn’t get fixed till I had another problem was there for a week and my ac motor broke. Put a request in for it to get fixed they came looked at it but didn’t fix it till October when they turned the ac off and turned the heat on. The toilet in the master bathroom flushed for the first week then it stopped out a request in for them to come snake it and they never did. They just came and plunged it. There is roaches and ants everywhere and you can’t get rid of them, it doesn’t matter how many times you spray they keep coming back. The water pressure sucks and you’re lucky if you have hot water to shower or do anything. They always called the city on us because my dogs were outside. They had a problem with my boyfriend and I since we moved in. I’m happy to be out of them apartments. On top of everything if you wanna live in these apartments get ready to smell piss because there’s a bunch of men that piss outside on their porch and they don’t care if people are walking by."

"The inside of the apartments are really nice with updated appliances, stainless steel and black, electric stovetop build it microwave and enough pantry space. I like that it has updated lighting and ceiling fan in rooms and living room (a plus since most apartments I’ve been in did not have those before) light gray neutral wall paint with white trim creates a light and fresh look that ties in with the gray laminate wood like floors throughout. The complex also has swimming pool with fence around, dog park, nice grilling and hangout area, laundry facilities with vending machine!"

"This is by far the worst place to live outside of being homeless. Its 3:20am & I find myself & my kid sleeping outside in the car. The air has been off since Monday at 9am and today is Thursday. Ive been here 2 years & the air has been broken more days than its worked. They painted the complex, built a dog park, put up grills so it could appear to be nice but inside its flat out hell. Its old and outdated somethings always broken and they either take days to weeks to fix it or its not fixed at all. They have a major pest issue. They had rodents inside the walls yet bait traps everywhere outside. The handles and knobs halfway work. Ive seen several neighbors walking around because its cooler outside than inside and its currently 89° outside but 95.6° inside. The office staff is nice and sweet but that doesn't fix ac issues in 100° weather"

"I applied today with a referral from a good friend the application process was easy and the lady I've been speaking with has been very understanding to my situation and very helpful she is kind and extremely patient during this past week I want to say thank you for helping and being so kind as I've recently lost my dad and ended up living in different motels with my kids praying for a place to call home soon"

"I have lived here for almost a year and this place is digesting. There are roaches everywhere and you can’t get rid of them. I can’t even eat in my own kitchen. The hot water always goes out. The AC breaks constantly. This is the most awfully ran complex I’ve ever lived in. They really should be shut down. I can’t wait to move. Just two more months"
