"If I could give a zero I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The units have a huge roach infestation, instead of cleaning the apartments to prepare for moving in they just paint over everything, they have units that are used as stash houses with multiple families living in them 8 plus in 2 bedrooms apartments, maintenance is no help at all, office staff is never in the office during business hours, they come and go as they see feel so getting in contact with them is nearly impossible. They are going to upcharge/ over charge you and mess your credit up. Overall these apartments are not livable and they should be shut done. I’m definitely in the process of taking legal actions against the complex. Save your money, time and find somewhere else to call home. Check below at the pictures, this is move in day, cabinets destroyed just painted over, oven, pantry, and refrigerator filled with roaches, carpet has burn wholes and gum in it. Those black spots are the roaches and that’s old lids just painted over in that shelf. Have videos that show more but can’t post."

"Moved out good riddance. First of all bugs like crazy they never spray, bugs are so over run that it has taken months to get them out of my stuff. Maintenance is rude, and breaks things more than they fix. Had them barge into my home while I was in there. No warning. They also have terrible fire alarms that will go off for days on end but there's no smoke and there is no reason for them to go off. This would he zero stars if possible"

I love my affordable apartment. The area is quiet and clean .if you need a place give them a call and ask for Deya!"

"I've been here in this complex since 2014. For awhile apartments were declining, however since Rebecca and Deyadira have taken over the office, things seem to be moving in a positive direction! Repairs have been completed in a timely manner that I can agree with. Anytime I visit the office, there's a friendly environment that has not been the case in the past. I look forward to seeing how they will work together to get things corrected in areas that failed previously."

"My 1 bedroom is listed as 860$. W fees and paying my portion of water/gas and trash/sewer/valet trash pickup/fees… it’s always the same amount. 1000$. I don’t understand how our complex uses the same water and gas every month when it’s supposed to be adjusted and billed according to use. And valet never picks up trash. And no one ever sprays. You have to ask… then 3 wks later someone shows up. But just does your place. Not the whole building. Bugs just move next door. They just paint over everything, too. The vents, the tub, dust, hair or dirt anywhere. I had to buy a heavy duty vacuum and carpet cleaner my first week. I had movers so I HAD to move in. Seven months later my caulking and paint on my tub are coming off. It’s just poorly run. And w the price mark-up for the “bills”… it’s not worth it."
