"I recently signed my second lease for my townhouse. I love how spacious it is! I have great neighbors too. Charlotte, the complex manager and Jorge, the Maintenance Manager are very responsive to questions and service requests. Once the corporate office approves the replacement of the fences for the townhouses, they can get 5 stars : )"
"Stopped by twice during the week during office hours to get leasing information, no one answers the gate access phone at the entrance or the listed office phone. Second visit another couple also stopped by interested in leasing and again no answer. Not sure how the property expects to lease units. Very frustrating."
"We had some issues in our apartment, and the gentleman who came and fixed everything was WONDERFUL! he always came in a timely manner, fixed any issues with zero complaints or hesitations, and also made sure to keep following up with us. This complex and all employees have gone above and beyond for us here and we love it!! Thank you valley creek team!!!!!"
"I lived here 4 years ago and wished I NEVER left!! Moved to BRAND NEW income base apts. Just this year roaches AND fleas are making want to move back here. I was in a 2 bedroom with roommates. In all the 3 complexes, with Valley Creek being the OLDEST, I had NEVER had bug infestations like I do here. It could be the HUGE field where ALL the creeks come together, but... NO WONDER THE NEIGHBORHOOD DIDNT WANT THESE APARTMENTS HERE!!!. PLEASE, LET ME COME BACK HOME!!!!?? I'm not living there now!!!! If it was about $80 cheaper, I would in a heartbeat. Y'all don't go by income on pricing for rent, by chance?"
