"OMG this place is falsely advertised! Cockroaches greeted me once I stepped inside and I’m talking everywhere! Bathtub was stained as well the sink! People I believe actually live there. Spent a total of 5 seconds inside before matching back to the front desk to return the key and the individual ask if I would like another room of course it didn’t take a long time to answer NO!… Total miss advertise don’t look at the photos and think it is actual because it is not!"

"If you really have no other option and very little money then this is the best to at least have a roof over your head. My husband and I moved here out of state and stayed for about a month and a half while working and getting familiar with the area. In the time we had to switch rooms twice because of plumbing issues not in our room, but supposedly it needed us to move too. Very inconvenient when we have unpacked and tied to make it out little room home, but not only did I pay one day early for the week as always, but the didn't even let us know until he went down to ask a question and the didn't even have an exact date of when they would have to move us again. Could be Saturday, Sunday or even Monday I was told when I went to talk to them about the inconvenience that causes, I'm 7 months pregnant and can barely help my husband lift and move things and staff won't help. Then we were told by the guy up front that it would be something that every two weeks we need to reassign a room. I have been paying week by week one day early not to constantly be moved around. The room it's self is again not even worth what you pay for it. The little refrigerator barely fits anything and doesn't even keep cool. The bathroom is old and rusty looking, the whole rooms that we stayed in just look old and worn out. The staff is nice but not a word of English I could at least communicate with the cleaning staff in Spanish but the office has one guy Shawn who speaks English and can understand. The parking lot is horrible and neighbors are sketchy looking let alone is smells of pure marijuana as you walk past rooms. We found another hotel that is a studio style with a kitchen and full fridge down by the major shopping center for about $40 more a week and definitely worth it."

"My recent stay at America’s Best Value Inn and Suites in Ft. Worth Hurst was unfortunately riddled with numerous disappointments that significantly detracted from the overall experience. Upon arrival, I encountered several issues with the room that hindered my ability to enjoy a comfortable stay. Firstly, the television was not functioning properly, despite my attempts to rectify the situation by informing the staff. The lack of a working TV limited my entertainment options and added frustration to my visit. Moreover, the absence of basic amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator was surprising and inconvenient. These amenities are typically expected in hotel rooms, especially for guests who may have specific dietary requirements or preferences. The oversight in providing these facilities diminished the convenience and comfort of the accommodations. Additionally, the room was lacking in cleanliness and organization, as there were no trash cans provided. This made waste disposal challenging and compromised the overall hygiene of the space. Furthermore, I was dismayed to discover that the door peephole was installed backwards, raising concerns about privacy and security. It was disconcerting to think that my privacy may have been compromised during my stay. One of the most disappointing aspects of my experience was the wrongful charge of a pet fee for my service dog, even though she was not present with me at the moment. This disregard for the rights of individuals with disabilities and the misapplication of fees was highly disappointing and unacceptable. The culmination of these issues led to a point where I felt compelled to make a police report, underscoring the severity of the situation and the need for immediate attention from management. In summary, my stay at America’s Best Value Inn and Suites in Ft. Worth Hurst fell far below expectations. I sincerely hope that management addresses these concerns promptly and implements measures to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests."

"This place is horrible. There, I said it. The check-in guy was friendly and the bed and floorboards were nice--that's about it. Bathroom counter was dirty, bathroom walls had dark spots, lampshades were old. The worst part was that 90% of my water came out of the faucet instead of the showerhead. Add that the drain was plugged and I had to wait 30 seconds for the water to drain for like 10 seconds of showering, the 10% of the water coming out of the showerhead anyways. There's a reason why this place is so cheap--and it isn't because it's a bargain. You will get what you pay for, unfortunately, in this case."

"Decent 2 star hotel with weekly rates available. My main issue with the place is that they are supposed to stop charging you taxes on your room after 30 or more consecutive days, but they have refused. I believe they may well be keeping that money. The staff here is pretty nice and generally accommodating but the taxes I shouldn't have to pay takes $100+ from my pocket per month - deal breaker"
