"Horrible service! We’ve been trying to make a payment with the wips and calling no one returns our calls! We contact the office and no one is there! But y’all have time to put notices at our door! We text Colleen but this is a fake robot and no help! All we are trying to do is pay up to stay in our unit after having a hard financial time. But we get no communication! All we want is to make this payment please! We’ve been to cvs and the keep refunding our money saying there’s a system error! Help!!!! - Maria Merlos"

"AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! From day one that I went in for info I knew that was the community I wanted to live in, everyone I stopped to ask gave me good reviews about the property, and staff was BEYOND amazing,… they worked with me since I was on a tight time frame and they went above and beyond to make sure I was within my time frame. I was even given recommendations for utility providers, office staff was courteous and readily available to assist when needed. Glad to be a part of the community & totally in love with our new apartment. Thank you !!"

"If I could I wold give this place no stars. This complex is complete garbage! When we moved in there there was an old thermostat and when setting the temperature the needle would move/wiggle inside and we never knew if we set the temperature correctly, we put a work order and it was never fixed that we ended up buying our own and installed it. During summer months the ac cannot keep up it will never cool below 79 inside. The office will give you all the excuses under the sun like “your building is facing the sun in the morning, the unit will only cool 20 degrees less than what it is outside”and you have to fight with the office to get a window unit in the meantime. Also the cabinets would not stay closed and they came and put magnets to have them close which looked ugly and they painted over things inside instead of removing them, there was a pixie stick inside one cabinet they painted over. The original dishwasher was so old and the baskets inside were warped, rusted and broken and would leak underneath, it took 5 months to get replaced and they would tell us they didn’t want to give us a new one because they wanted everything thing to match since we had a “classic” apartment which means old not renovated. When the office finally decided to give us a new dishwasher maintenance left a huge gap between the dishwasher and the sink. The ac cover over the shower was swollen from water gathering inside and it started to mold, again put a work order and they came and painted over it and said it wasn’t mold. The shower had paint chipping off and no matter how many times it was cleaned it looked nasty and dirty. Water in the shower never comes out hot it’s lukewarm at best and during winter months it’s cold. They would come fix it and it wouldn’t last long. They replaced the water heater to the facility twice. They give like 2 hours notice when they will shut off water for any reason. The cabinets inside the bathroom were not even and the drawers would fall apartment, we waited weeks for that to be fixed. The outlets would go on and off and would have to put several work orders in and it would be fixed for a bit then stop working again. The floor inside was uneven and there was nails in certain places that were sticking up from out the carpet. During the time I lived there, a man wad arrested for making bombs, my neighbors tired were stolen and his truck was left on blocks, back in July 2023 there was several cops and dogs on the property (never found out what that was about). You pay for things that you will not receive like pest control they tell you to put a work order in to have your apartment sprayed and believe me it takes a long time to get someone out there to do so. Also living there we went through six managers, there’s no telling how many assistant managers and front desk persons that came and went. They will never answer the phone in the office or emails you will have to get a hold of corporate to get anything done. I was also charged $50 twice for renters insurance that was always current and fought with the office to have it removed, which of course they argued and I had to call corporate and show proof and it was finally removed. They said “it was a new system and that it didn’t update on their end”. If you need something fixed urgently your best bet is to put a work order in and then go fight with them in the office to get it done.The office staff is very unprofessional, unorganized, they are never on the same page since they always come and go. Oh how can I forget a tree branch fell on top of my neighbors car because the tree was so old, it actually happened twice before they came out to cut all the tree branches. They don’t enforce rules whatsoever. Residents leave their trash outside for days and not just a trash can several bags of trash, maintenance will drive around and see and do nothing. Don’t let the replies to these reviews make it seem like they are concerned because they are not. Save yourself and family the headaches and DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I can go on and on believe me there’s so much more!"

"DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! Been a tenant for 5 1/2 months and I have yet to have my kitchen fixed which I’ve been asking since I’ve moved in. I’ve been having bad bugs issues but when I request for debugging the pest control don’t care. Theirs been 3 different managers since moving in. I have kids and when the roofers came to do their job and left I let my kids outside only to have to clean up the nails so my kids didn’t step on them. I had to call a separate company to wire in my Wi-Fi because the outlets don’t even work and when asked to fixed it they came and fixed 1 outlet in the bedroom and left all the others the same. I have to take off the cover of the outlet in order to use it which is a fire hazard and they haven’t fixed it. Moving in a one bedroom for $930 when I signed the lease but I’m paying $1300 after settling in. Vinyl was damaged when I moved in but maintenance refuse to replace or fix. Should I go on? Starting to think I need to call HR to have the situation fixed."
