"I reside here at Diamond Loch, and all I have to say is I love this community! Everything from my neighbors to the amenities to the office and maintenance staff are awesome! Everyone I’ve ever encountered in office has always been so polite and friendly. I’ve never had any issues with work orders and truly enjoy living here. This is my 4th year signing a lease, and I honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!"
"Where to start? This is an update to my previous review. This was probably the absolute WORST apartment complex my family and I have lived in. To make it short and sweet, one of the main problems was having a washer and dryer in the unit however the dryer has NEVER worked the year we stayed there. Yes, we did put in a request, only to be told that the service and maintenance were through a third party, and of course, they never came out. Another issue was the parking. There is visitor parking on the property however visitors would park in resident parking, making multiple residents have to walk from the back of the property to their unit. Not to mention, most of the "visitors " were just unauthorized tenants who lived there. This issue was brought to the attention of the office and again, nothing was done. The water was literally cut off every other day for multiple hours because maintenance had been apparently fixing the "on-site plumbing". And the best part is receiving multiple text messages and emails about the fees that would be added on for every little inconvenience. If you breathe, it is a fine. Kids would be outside from around 6 am to the next morning, unattended, yelling, knocking on doors and running, damaging the property, etc. and the only thing done was multiple emails being sent about if kids are left unattended then that household would be fined. It was a continuous issue so of course no one took them seriously. I knew staying on the side with families who had kids would not be easy and I honestly wouldn't have had an issue if those with kids were respectful to those around them. If your 10-year-old is outside at 2 am, by themselves, should you really be a parent? The only solution the office had was threatening a fine. Upon moving out, and what I believe to be retaliation was a charge for ONE bag of trash that was apparently left in the kitchen ( which is untrue since we had to walk ALL the trash to the dumpster or we would be fined), a blind that was apparently ripped off but both sides (master and dining room) had the same amount and an almost $200 water bill. When you move in, you have to pay two non-refundable $350 fees. One is a deposit and the other is basically free money for them. Apparently, 350 didn't cover the invisible bag of trash and the still intact blind not to mention the $200 water bill. Unfortunately, to prevent it going on our credit, we will pay it but it is a lesson learned. They needed the money more than we did so bless them. Save all of your future time, energy, and money and seek another complex. This last year has been miserable and I couldn't be happier that it is over. If you do rent here, good luck."
"I’ve loved this place beautiful area. Nice people. Down fall is they switch management so much. I lived there since 2018 moved out recently 2023. Never was notified about an outstanding balance. Never got a phone call. They failed to document my forwarding address I had given over the phone. Throughout me changing buildings over the years I have always given a security deposit. Which I’ve never gotten back assuming they always keep for extra cleaning. I indeed gave a 300 deposit but my contract stated I gave $0 and I never noticed. I just signed. So now I have a $400 cleaning fee that I was never informed of until it was sent to collections. Read your contract throughly and make sure it all adds up."
"My daughter and use to live here years ago! We left when new owners took over! From reading a previous bad review, we went through the samething! Took forever to fix things, lies to keep from giving back deposit, etc! I actually got a lawyer to help me at the time! My old lease “disappeared “ when new owners took over as well! Funny part I still had a copy of it! Anyways just wanted to say it looks like nothing has changed here! You have to treat people the way you would like to treated in life! My neighbors where the best part of living there!"
"Excellent community celebration of Halloween! From the yard decorations to the families participating with trick-or-treaters!"
