"I just got approved for an apartment here and moved in. Nikol, Christina and Angel were AWESOME. Very helpful and understanding, the process does take a little long but it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT!! They made sure they did everything they could the whole process and didn’t get tired of me even after calling daily! Maintenance came by the same day for a small request and were happy to do so! "HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Please believe the reviews I know I should have. I saw a few saying something about giving the run around when applying and it happened to me. I’m out of $250 with no fees being giving back. Angel was helpful but I was also given details as if I’m going to be approved before I applied. I make 3x the rent and I have no bad prior rental history there isn’t a reason I shouldn’t have gotten this apt. I was told application would be complete in 24-48 hrs and it’s took 5 days I had to call everyday because no one was updating me. I kept getting the run around about my app pending and why. I feel like they want to just take your money and accept who they want. For me not to get my admin fees back are INSANE. Application fees are always non refundable!!!"

"This is the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. I feel extremely bad for those moving to building 14 because there was a roach infestation throughout our whole one year lease. It did not help that we had a leak under the kitchen sink that maintenance “fixed” twice, yet was never fully repaired. Our roach infection got so bad, that my wife and I had to stay in the hotel nearby, and shortly after, we opened up a safety investigation with the Haltom City Health Department. I hand-delivered a notice demanding an immediate repair demand and lease termination if the issue was not fixed to the property manager, Joseph Vetter, and he handed it back to me. Our lawyer delivered another notice to the complex as well, and about a month later, the complex blamed it on our “upkeep issues,” and would not comply with our request to move out due to a blatant health violation. That does not explain the roaches crawling on the ceiling, under the sink where the leak was, from inside the dryer air duct, in the microwave, and in our bedroom. We saw and documented roaches literally coming out of the walls. In fact, the roaches were so bad that we had to sanitize and isolate all of our belongings to our new apartment because we were finding roaches hiding in our belongings. Even when the unit was completely empty at move out, there were still roaches crawling around everywhere! We were fortunate enough to find a much nicer, cleaner, and modern unit with a parking garage down the road for less than what we were paying here. Also, our apartment would frequently reek of marijuana because the smoke from our neighbors would lean into our unit. Attached is a picture of a roach trap that we slid under our dryer.
