"Awful dishonest scammers. NEVER do business with them please. I unfortunately did. I booked a holiday apartment in the Caribbean with them through a third party, filled in forms, paid and received and signed a rental contract. A week or so before travelling I should have received instructions. I asked for those instructions several times, only to receive just before the date and “offer” for an upgrade. Which I respectfully declined, stating I still wanted the one I already paid for and had a contract for. To then receive a message i still had to pay taxes, an extra amount of 200 usd.. Which I refused because my contract stated that these were already included. Then, just before the travel, THEY cancelled the reservation because “the owner did not agree on this price”. Luckily the third party solved the problem. And threw them and all their rentals off their platform. I sincerely wish zero stars was possible."
