"I booked for April and I called them 2/22/2024 to book another room for this weekend 2/23-2/25. The woman working on shift at 7 pm on Thursday February 22, 2024, was very rude and kept interrupting me while I was explaining what she was misunderstanding. I finally tried to talk over her and she got mad and said that she won’t allow me to raise my voice at her. If she would have just have been quiet and not interrupted me while I was explaining I wouldn’t have to try and talk over her. I have called back several times for her to finally answer and still not let me speak!!!!!! Ugh. Terrible terrible customer service. I wouldn’t want to stay at this establishment. I’m going to call in the morning and cancel my reservation for April. Unbelievable."

"Love the rooms. Very spacious with a nice table and some chairs. It has a great microwave which is a plus because who doesn’t love noodles in the microwave. A good mini fridge which is not bad to have to keep the drinks and mayonnaise cool. The front desk was very nice and helpful whenever we needed help with anything we’ve asked for. Love the shower tub we have just nice to relax after coming back from the pool and beach. Would I come back yes I would and it was nice for a one night stay. Hope our next stay would be a better blast"

"Honestly, I was pretty hesitant at first considering the reviews, but I gotta say… It definitely exceeded my expectations. Hubby and I had the King suite with the jacuzzi and everything was neat. We will definitely be returning."

"I was sketchy at first after reading the reviews. However, we got the king suite and everything was Great! My husband and I went to celebrate our 6 month wedding anniversary."

"My cousin got the rooms for us all and we were the first to arrive… we had to wait an hour before we could check in because we were not the ones who made the reservation but had all the confirmation information. The rooms were not swept.the bathroom had a stain on the wall that didn’t look good.. the floors looked like the had been redone so it was dirty and unfinished. We had read the reviews before check in so we were prepared with our own sheets and comforters… upon check out they would not give us our deposit back since the room was in my cousins. Yet we were the ones that paid and the evening guy had taken our money. The towel had a stain on it so we were charged $10 for it and you know they weren’t going to replace it…. The lady at the front desk was very rude and short with us…. The only thing I can say is there’s plenty of other places to stay. Don’t waste your money! Stay some where else! We won’t be back!"
