"Ok so booked Thru Priceline as usual Rooms were totally different than pictures shown ….I mean wow Clean but nowhere what I expected …..pics are of motel 6 which I believe used to be there before ocean in took over I’m not sure ……called Priceline and was asked to leave the lobby before they could answer ……then they didn’t answer phone when Priceline called so they had to email …. And they have 24 hours to respond ……thankfully I took pics"
"Safety is number one I got a room by pool and door deadbolt didn't lock So i talked to maintenance and he said alot of doors are like that no good so I moved to another room and the window didn't lock I had to lock it with a metal o found on the ledge that other people walk from room to room. Safety is number one. Aside from that place was good but Safety 1st at all times. Oh and this shower throws water everywhere. Restrooms need attending."
"So we checked in to this place (the front office reeked of cigarettes) and immediately asked for a refund upon seeing the room which they said they couldn’t provide for us since there was a no refund policy. Luckily we got the room on Expedia which gave us the full refund to check in to another place. We were tricked the rooms looked decent even nice online and my family was fully shocked when we walked in to the room and there was holes on the wall. Mold and the front door had a huge wood rotten hole filled with mold looking out. One of the beds was broken and there was no smoke detector either. When letting the clerks know they said it was housekeepings job to fix that and their manager was not there to provide anyone with solutions or refunds. We did take pictures of everything. I do want to add the the check in clerks were polite but definitely wouldn’t be a place to stay at I even warned people not to check in."
