"Me, wife and baby just wanted a quick last minute family weekend getaway without breaking the bank it was quiet, great location, room was comfortable with great water pressure and temp. Desk lady in evening was nice checking in and gentleman checking out was nice as well."
"Cons: This place is horrible. The ac runs but doesn't get cold, the sheets were filthy, the pillows are flat, the tub had bugs all in the bottom of it, the parking is horrendous, the refrigerator barely gets cool, and the tiny "kitchenette" looks like it's only use is to cook dope. Also I wouldn't dare sit on the 1962 Era couch that they put in the room to fill in space. Pros: the guy running the desk was nice."
"It could be 3 stars but they are not responging emails for a double charge they did on my card. My windshield got broken because someone threw a rock from the pool and they didn't helped. When I arrived thet charged me $75 dollars for 3 nights for my dog, but this charge was already paid in advance, they didn't double cheked my information. Also we got the king bed and sofa bed (3 people total) and they didnt gave any sheets, pillows or towels for the extra person. The place is just meh. Phone is not working so you gotta go to the front desk, the TV controller was not working so we didnt have TV for the first night. Wifi disconnects automatically every 15 minutes so i could work from the hotel. I do NOT recommend this place."
"VERY BAD!! booked this place 9/15-9/17. the towels were dirty, the room had stains all over it, the phone did not work, the tv did not work, the microwave buttons did not work, the double queen beds move, the sheets were not clean, says there’s breakfast 7am-10am and there was nothing and that they don’t serve it yet. the cleaning lady did not clean good at all, the floor was super dirty since the first night and still has not been cleaned till the last night of staying although she was in our room while we were gone she left ‘clean’ towels but did not fix the bed or clean and the towels had stains. pool was not cold at all. overall this place was bad , the front desk men workers were nice and very understanding. will NOT book this place again! also had ants crawling on the bed."
