"This place is a joke. They are rude, they lie & they have bugs. My son got bite in his sleep on the bed. They would not refund us our money. You would be better off just staying in your car than to get a room here. Wish I had know this before I got a room there."

"The room was damp and smelled immediately and had roaches everywhere. When we brought up the roach problem to management they showed us 3 other rooms which all had roaches in them including on the bed. The third room even had a broken window and was clearly not ready for any guest. There was a mattress that was raised as if they hadn't finished servicing that room. When asking to speak with the manager for a refund we were given the runaround about not knowing when he would be in or how he could assist. They couldn't even provide the managers name, card or phone number."

"Save your money the room came dirty and smelly, The doors couldn’t close and furnitures were broken, the pool was green and there was stains on the wall. I personally do not recommend and didn’t even stay that night and booked somewhere else due to feeling unsafe and front desk treated us unfairly."

"Positives: Rooms are decently sized and clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good location - only 1 block walk to a public beach access (Treasure Island). Negatives: TV a little dated, but works fine with basic cable. No useful outlets/sockets near the beds. Overall: would definitely book again - really good experience"
