"April 29 ,2023 a storm blew through my area and knocked power since 2 am on the April 29 at 1am we are still out of power three days later. 271 years ago electricity was discovered and today MVEC is still trying to find electricity to power my home. Refrigerator is a total mess everything lost. Now that hurricane season is upon of can MVEC handle the supply and demand or are the(us) customers going to be suffering more loses on our fixed income Wherever power is back on can I afford to stock on food to survive hurricane season. Power is going to cost me and food prices at the highest ever. Don't anything good out if this. But my neighbors in N 17th Street near gold's gym have but we do not. They have power since Saturday and 150 feet away we have not. ,"
