"This place sucks mostly because of the front desk. They made me feel like they didn’t want to talk to me or you do customer service. Simply rude and disrespectful. Threatening to tow my vehicle because I parked under a shaded spot and was told to move immediately because it’s reserved for employees. Ok but there’s no sign and I’m only parked here to get my key card. Says check in is at 1:00 pm, I arrived at 12:30 and she told me check in was going to be 2:00 pm with no exceptions because of daylight savings. I’m sorry what the sign says 1:00pm since when does this make sense? I would not stay here if given the choice how ever there were no roaches in my room which is the only thing I care about truly. So there is that hence the 2 stars."

The staff were friendly and accommodating specially mr patel, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"I had some friends stay here and it was ok. Phone in room didn't work. Concierge wanted to charge a full day to get a 1 hour extension. No breakfast, not even a simple cinnamon bun, with a yogurt, apple and juice. This hotel can do better. Its a good location and has potential."

"THIS USED TO BE A GOOD HOTEL. They now raised the price of parking to $18.50 daily. We got the office suite thinking it was a little better but no. READY? HERE GOES: Room smelled like sewer. Roaches all over. No bed comforter. Broken table. They never had clean towels. We walked out once and found on the floor one of the cleaning ladies all room pass card. On the floor! I turned it in to the front desk and they just brushed it off like nothing. Coffee maker in the room was broken. Mildew all over shower. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING. ALL I CAN SAY IS, NEVER AGAIN."
