"Well since the man speaks Spanish perfectly, I'm going to write it in Spanish. My husband and I went to see a house in Shary Oaks, which the pseudo salesman Juan Carlos showed us. When we arrived I noticed the look he gave us, quite contemptuous. The house itself has a distribution plan that we did not like very much. But for the price and the place we said ok! We talked a little with him, if you can call it a chat, and he told us to apply. We no longer even wanted to apply for the property. If we are going to deal with that man, we prefer to look elsewhere. Quite despotic and unfriendly. Maybe he is the owner of the company that is why he is there, but if he is not, I suggest that you better find someone else to represent your company because they leave a lot to be desired. Ha, and in the end he almost missed kicking us and kicking us out."

"We’ve had amazing experience with Blue Dot and Mr. Juan Gutierrez. We saw a home for rent on Zillow and sent a request to see it. Mr. Gutierrez reached out immediately with a date and time to see it. He communicated with us till the minute we got to the house. When we got there, the house was ready for us. He waited outside while we took our time to walk the whole house. He answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed. He was very professional and friendly. We highly recommend Blue Dot to buy or rent a home."

"Horrible horrible horrible! I left the showing so mad with myself for wasting my time. Realtor or owner Juan was the rudest person to EVER show me and my wife a home. So I was 5 minutes late to a showing and this guy Juan acted like i had him waiting an hour. I apologized and we continued inside where he just let us walk the house. It wasn’t too big of a home and it was priced at close to 900 so I wasn’t impressed at all. Very bad paint job, light fixtures weren’t even removed so you could see the old paint. Turned to my wife and said “I think it’s too small for us”. He immediately barked back with “well it’s 875 what did you expect? we sell homes for 1800” I turned back and said I told my wife it’s too small for us. And he said “thank you bye” came back to get his name for a complaint. Long story short, mediocre upgrades tries to patch it up for quick cash and very rude. Avoiding blue dot from now on. Would’ve loved to see other properties but not if it involves that lovely man Juan."
