Plaza Royale Apartments

"I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at these apartments! Property Manager,Rebecca, is probably the worst property manager I have ever met. Very unprofessional, doesn’t know a think about how to communicate with others with customer service techniques. When it comes to parking, yea she’ll send a group text messages about towing all unauthorized vehicles, nope! She won’t move a dam vehicle unless it’s reported. Even if someone does report it nothing gets done. If you have to complain towards her and ask for corporate number; she’ll say that their is no corporate number (hahaha yea right). Corporate office is in San Antonio and it’s Two Ten Management. No direct number just have to contact their attorneys office. Corporate (two ten) need to do a quality check on who they decide to hire for their property. If this is a numbers game and money must be made, start with hiring a qualified person that knows how to communicate with others, has experience in managing a property, and one that does treat everyone fairly as per Fair Housing Laws! Oh and lastly she did not let us know that the property follows along side of HOA laws as well! I urge you to do your homework and research on the property and always read the reviews that past tenants leave behind. If it was up to me I would have had my family living somewhere else but I didn’t have a choice at the time. I hope this helps to anyone looking for an apartment."

"I went to see an apartment and the guy said basically it’s mine I just have to make an application so I did it when I called for update it took them 3 days to say something but not over the phone by text message and they said that 15 people had applied for that 1 apartment and charged me and everyone $50 so if 16 applied how much money do you think they stole do you think it’s far 16 people applied for 1 apartment? It’s fraud what there doing and that’s sad I needed a place and that was perfect and to put my hopes up telling me basically it’s mine cuz no one has applied that’s messed up!!!"

"Its a good place but the workers are really strick a worker yelled at my kids for going to get a doggie bag and not picking up her (the dogs) business right away and said she would charge us $50 if we weren't going to pick it up but we were. I say you keep looking there are better places for the same price."

"After new ownership of the apts, the overall look of the place has gone bad. I have lived here for almost 9 yrs and I have loved it here. But just recently there has been talk of rent going up and wanting people to move so that the apts can be remodeled. The maintenance has not been good and speedy. Look elsewhere, there are better places to rent for the same price."
