"I have been renting an apartment here for about two years. Apartments are built with poor quality materials that become nonfunctional often. Even though, the property looks good from outside, the management is unprofessional in providing maintenance services. Beside some minor issues, the master bedroom fan is not working for about one year and the living room roof has a crack for over six months (after a water leakage), and the management has missed several appointments to fix these issues. Surprisingly enough, they even didn't bother to call and let me know when an appointment was missed. It is a gated community but for the past several months the gates are not functioning properly and thus they remain open a lot, compromising the security."
