"It’s been two months been calling about my deposit haven’t heard anything back I call they say oh I’m going to contact the management company and I’ll call back. I never hear anything from them soo basically y’all stole my money"
"I had a 1 bedroom, 1 restroom apt, which was overall really nice. The kitchen shelves are plentiful. However, most are too short and small to even use. the refrigerated air is an issue. If lowered below 70, the system will freeze, which is nonsensical paid parking spots are decent. However, neighbors will, at times, take ur spot regardless, which is simply annoying, but more so an issue with neighbors management does not care about animal waste being left all over the property, causing an unwanted environment. The best thing about this place is definitely the location as it is surrounded by many great restaurants and stores as well as the maintenance team. the maintain team is quick, efficient, and friendly Also, rent does increase 2nd yr of residence, which is stupid."
"had it with our apartment complex. It all started when we first moved in. We asked and payed for a security deposit for a 2 bedroom apartment. Because I was pregant and we wanted a room for Lucy. We thought everything was fine. But then my fiancé called them to ask some updates to only have them say "we gave it away to someone else what's available now is a 1 bedroom". We told them "so our security deposit was for nothing?". So whatever we had to deal with it. So upon moving day 2 weeks later our air stopped working in the middle of the summer heat. I put in a emergency maintenance request. It was getting hot in there like very hot so my sister went and found a maintenance person and brought him to fix the air. He did and then 2 weeks later got a call from the apartment people about the request I told them I fixed it. Then not to mention the washer machines are very expensive almost 2 dollars to do laundry. The pool is never open. And the gym equipment only 1 or 2 is working. None of the washers work. Without realizing I put the quarters In and tried to start it didn't work. Then I moved my laundry to another machine and put my money in didn't work... Called the people that their laundry machines don't work and they told me to call the number on the wall to tell the machine company that their machines don't work."
"This apartments are the best! We just moved in a month ago and ever since we moved in the people have been nothing but amazing and nice to us. The apartments are big and spacious, restroom is amazing and very spacious as well, the refrigerated air cools so much that you can’t even tell it’s summer. The front staff is so sweet and kind and are very helpful. The maintenance people are always there to assists us as well. I will be staying here for many years to come."
"Not every business is going to make everyone happy. These apartments are great. My significant other and I lived here for about three years total. We had left for a bit and decided to return. You do get what you pay for but if you compare it to other apartments their master bedroom is a lot bigger than others. I don’t like that there is no light sources in the bedroom and the living room but there’s definitely enough outlets for a few lamps. I love that it’s next to the golf course. Some of the golfers play loud music but they go along on their way shortly. We lived on the way back facing the golf course and I found it very relaxing. It was quiet and some of the neighbors were loud but we never complained and they never complained when we had gatherings. The maintence crew are nice and usually respond within 24-48 hours. The front desk people are always busy so it’s best to report your issues online in the resident portal it still gets done either way. Marcelino and everyone else are very friendly and helpful. Pest Control comes about maybe one time every 3months. I did see a few cockroaches but there’s always a little can of raid to help honestly. There was also frogs during the night time but they didn’t bug, they’re honestly funny to see In EP. The parking was an issue sometimes. They’re apartments people, you don’t have your personal garage steps away from your door so there are extra steps to your door at times. Overall great place to live at."
