"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Let me explain. I rented here for 5 years. Never was a problem, always payed rent on time. Pretty much just kept to myself. I was on a renewed 6 month lease when I found out I got a new job and had to move states. 2 months prior to my leases end, I informed the leasing office I was going to have to leave a month before the end of my lease. They informed me I would be responsible for the remainder of my lease. Told them that wouldn’t be a problem. Paid for January, moved January 25th. At move out they again informed me I would be responsible for the remainder of the lease and a cleaning fee because of a few areas that were a little worn down. I said that is fine and they said good you’ll be getting the final bill. I move and about week later before February 1st I get the final bill. Did they charge me for the remainder of the lease? Absolutely not, they charged me 2 months of rent and a $600 reletting fee. That same day I got the bill, they sent it to collections noting it for refusal to pay. Mind you this is even before my next month of rent wasn’t even due yet. They literally will charge you more than what you owe and use collections to bully you into paying it. They will use the that there is a tiny clause shoved into your lease in the middle of page 50 something that they can do that. They are crooks and scam artist that just want to squeeze you for every little penny they can."
"HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, ENERGY, STRESS, AND MONEY!! I’ve had 4 maintenance issues this past month and have yet to receive any help or have any one person come to my door to see what’s going on. There’s always a never ending list of reasons to hate living here. The rent say it’ll only ever be $860 but by your second month living here I promise you, PROMISE you. You WILL end up getting forced to shut up about the issues and pay or else you get evicted. These people are HEARTLESS. I will never stop dragging their name down! This place has given me so much stress and anxiety every single month it never fails. I hate living here I can’t wait till my lease is up honest to god. SAVE YOURSELF FROM ALLLLL INTEGRITY PROPERTIES"
"Very unprofessional apartment complex… You ask for repairs, and it takes days sometimes weeks to get to get fixed and when they fix it its just a band aid and the problem comes back. In the winter the heater doesnt go above a nice and toasty 68 degrees. Plus, all the units are old and patched up so be ready for wear and tear… Edit: Clean your fridge thoroughly because apparently it takes $30 for them to do it…"
"Amazing professional staff. My apartment was ready for move in. The apartment was spacious, and had updated appliances and updated floors. I placed work orders for minor issues which were resolved the very next day. The gym is spacious, and has new equipment. I’ll give them five stars after they place a squat rack in the gym."
"They were very easy to get into during the pandemic and on such short notice. Staff is amazing!! Me and and my son got locked out on our balcony one day and my husband was at work and I had the dead bolt locked too. One of the lady’s came and threw us cold bottled water to drink while we were out there. The maintenance guys came with a ladder and tried to shimmy the door open first. It was the middle of summer so crazy hot but they were still very kind and very patient. They tried their hardest to get it to open but couldn’t so ended up having to break a bedroom window. The very next day, first thing in the morning a guy came to replace the window. They called for the repair themselves and though they said we would have to pay for the window we never seen that bill. The only problems we had there were that there was no screen on our balcony door and the A/C didn’t do a thing to cool the living room. The only room that ever felt super cool was the hall bathroom. But again, we were in urgency to move in as quick as possible so they probably just have the time to fix it. All in all, they were a very good place to be."
