"I have a question for your establishment. The crime rate in your complex has obvious issues so why would you deter your residents from protecting themselves in a crime ridden area as much as possible. Police officers are there daily and these types of letters don’t ensure the safety of your residents. What measures are you taking to protect your community. Apartments must have security measures in place when crime is a problem (gated community, security guards, etc.). What is the patriot palms doing to ensure resident safety? I will be in your office Monday morning and in contact with the property owner."

"I do not recommend. Bad management. These units are not safe for children to live in. They gave me a unit that had a busted water pipe and the tile floors had feces in the cracks. There was mold in the ceilings which made it hard to breathe inside. The vents were covered in dust and rusted shut. Definitely not a place for small children or families . The management had the worst attitude ever."

"Isamar and Sol in the Office are so helpful getting things fixed a lot quicker than it used to be. They make a good team. The one bedrooms are nice. I have been living here for almost 7 years so I know what I am talking about."

"Not sure how the leasing office personnel get hired. Literally went in to inquire about an apartment for my mom and the girl at the front desk greeted me with "what, what did you want?" She then seemed annoyed with the fact that I had questions such as availability and prices. Everyone needs money but if you are rude and not a people person maybe you shouldn't work around people..."

"This is a very affordable apartment complex to many bit you get just that. Staff never answer the phones, they allow trash around the complex to stay there with residents to do for themselves. I believe they shouldn't just allow any and everyone to rent here. There are a lot of elderly and disabled tenant that reside here and should have peace. They tell you that you can't have pets but I have seen a few dogs . This property does not have any concern of their people I believe it's just about making their money"
