"Without question the worst apartment complex in all of El Paso. The pictures on their website are only of the renovated apartments. Most of them are old and dingy. They have water damage and insects. The new management also recently installed a black screen on the windows that lets practically zero light in. For barely 675 square feet, this greedy management charges almost $1,000 per month. PLEASE do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. This complex used to be amazing, but ever since it got sold to Urban Capital, it’s been horrible. They appointed a manager named Blanca who is extremely rude and unprofessional. She will NEVER answer your calls and is never at the office when she is supposed to be. They don’t even try to keep the place presentable. There is always trash lying around everywhere, and there is a dead raccoon in the middle of the street that has been lying there for a month. And even worse, if you need ANY sort of work or maintenance done, you will have put up with an unhelpful staff which will not fix your apartment no matter what. Need your AC fixed? Too bad. Dishwasher emergency? Nope. And to top it all off, they have increased the rent by almost 50% without any prior notice. So please, save yourselves from this horrid place and go somewhere else."

"DO NOT RENT HERE! For $935 + electric bill, do yourself a favor and find another apartment complex for something better and more affordable. I mean, the reviews TRULY speak for themselves. Listen to them because they are not wrong!!! Not only is the new property manager incredibly rude and unprofessional but the complex itself is not at all worth the rent price. There are roaches, as well as trash is left outside the complex far too often. Maintenance doesn’t even knock on your door to make sure your A/C is working properly when you submit a work order. Have an emergency? Too bad. NO ONE will answer your phone call. Once you get through and speak to someone, all you will get is BLANCA being condescending and patronizing towards you. Never have i experienced that before. Before this new management, we had a wonderful property manager who really took care of this complex, kept it quite clean and was friendly and welcoming. Now we are all treated very rudely, very much like delinquents who can’t even walk in to the front office without making an appointment because of another resident’s supposed actions? We pay rent here and this is no way to treat your residents. 0 stars all the way."
