"Called to ask questions about renting from melrose the the lady was absolutely rude n disrespectful to me. Than I asked if they except ESA animals n she said I had to pay a deposit regardless of some papers I ordered offline that they wouldn't except some phony website papers. Than insulted me by asking why I have 2 dogs on my ESA, respectively lady it's above your pay grade... Drove by there literally a crack head stomping ground, while this woman sits behind her desk not answering calls but ignoring them... Please if your smart look elsewhere it's a trap house minus the wifi.... Glad I found out now... If your gonna be working in a rental office at least know what a Esa pet is... Sad case of a woman! Also was looking for a place for my daughter n tiny grandson n she denied the fact because we had a young child, like seriously better business Bureau should stop them from any of their business so discriminating n way to humiliate a person for having serious issues n needing animals for support legally."

"Lots of foot traffic, homeless people asking for handouts day and night or trying to sell all kinds of items. Not much communication with the manager when we tried to get ahold of her. She would never answer the phone or call back when left messages. We could hear sirens all day and night most of the time. Some street violence and fights."
