"Who ever rents the apartment behind apartment 71 you must be aware or careful with these people they think the run the apartments and if you ever complain about them the manager won't do anything about it they are good buddies with these people one day the office was closed and got a complaint at 2:30 midnight on a Saturday I knew exactly who it was and the maintenance crew will let those people know everything about you or what you have in you're apartment watch out"
