"I loved staying here, about 2 years. I truly felt relaxed and it was cozy for the most part. I really appreciate how maintenance was responsible to answer my concerns and issues and I appreciate front end staff, for always communicating well with me. I enjoyed my apartment, it was the perfect spot to live in at the time and if I could, I’d go back!"

I have lived here for 8 years and I have never experienced any negativity from any member of the staff. Especially after living alone for so long here I appreciate the kindness and attention afforded to me by the crew. They are like my extended family."
"Maintenance was great, staff was mostly nice. Military beware though - submit your orders as soon as you get them. A written notice without orders will not be accepted here. Even if the army hasn’t given you orders and you know you’re moving, it will not matter. You will be charged current and next months rent without the orders."
"I genuinely don’t like to write negative reviews but I feel I need to bring awareness to the current residents residing at The Cottages. Long story short, make sure you are hounding the office for your final bill when you move out. I lived at the cottages for about two years, I genuinely enjoyed my time there but, I did have to end my lease early. It was a hefty $2,177.00. Regarles of the charges, my issue lies with the lack of communication from the office. They said a final bill would be mailed, they also sent it out around 8/15 but it was never received. I understand no one can control the mail so I’m understanding in that aspect. I was also told the final bill was sent 3 times to my email address but I never received any of those emails, nor was it sent to the spam or junk folder. I asked for proof of these emails sent and I have yet to receive that either. After months of trying to call the complex (NO calls were ever answered) I emailed them (9/5) asking about the final bill. After two days of no response I sent another email, I was emailed by Jessica Preciado (community manager) saying our account had been sent to collections as of 8/15. On 9/7 I asked for proof of the emails that were sent out and I didn’t get a response. On 9/19 I sent yet another email, and my sister who was also on the lease, happened to write a 1 star review, finally I got an informative response. Overall we’re frustrated with the fact that the office completely lacked communication when it came to providing the final bill, or proof that it was sent out. Our account was sent to collections without us being given the opportunity to handle our bill with the complex itself. By the time I got the email saying it was sent to collections and provided with the debt collectors info, we were 9 days away from it being sent to the credit bureaus. And we all no know greatly that affect someone. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else."
