"Been here for a year and have nothing but great thing to say Giget is the property manager she is the key to making these apartments so special she makes moving in easy and honest with everything you need makes sure everything is as expected and if there is any issues she will make sure it gets fixed in a timely manner. Neighbors are great quite living plenty of parking close to most things you may need. I do wish we had in unit washer and dyer but however using the app instead of coins is great over all amazing apartments. Update: Claudia wants to be entitled and have power trips referring to you as child nickname as if I’m not a grown adult. Talked to you as if you were just born yesterday “pull down the blinds gently then they won’t break” as if the blinds are extremely old and needed to be replaced anyways $75 bucks to replaced then and no you can’t go buy your own. But no you can’t take them when you move out. It’s so laughable how little they care to even meet you half way, they act like we don’t already pay 1,000+ for this place. I wish Claudia had some education and didn’t treat tenants like children she needs to read a book on customer service or find a new job and stop projecting your misery on military, elders, & working people."

"I lived at mountain visa for 2 years and my experience here was great. The apartment manager, Mrs. Florez is Caring and always on point. The maintenance crew responses Fast and efficient with job orders, even emergency after hours job orders. The staff is like an extended family here. I’ve never had an issue anything missing out of my apartment and the up keep at the facility is immaculate. I would definitely recommend these apartments"

"Love this apts being living here for 4 years and just recently renew for my 5th year. Staff is polite and corteous, very friendly. No issues whatsoever. Apt is alwasy up to date. Maintance guys are awsome very friendly and proffesional. A lot of parking space. Apts are beautiful and spacious. Would definitly recomment."

"I came here a Handicap and Elder. Moved in next day I was treated with minimal respect and terrible judgement. They have made impossible or lying about my pet profile. I have a animal assisted pet. And for some reason they do not see it!? I have made two profiles I am handicap and limited with my work. The manager takes no part in anything else just to make judgments and talk about residence sitting on her butt all day! There are nothing but drama here! Ridicule prices and no closet unless u pay for two bedroom cheap cheap cheap u can here all noise no respect! Manager is charging me and taking my deposit on the down low I do not think so! My money was not green a Mexican to Mexican prejudism to your own people a Shane God Bless you and u have been here to long like u are a owner you have no right to be a judge mental individual u need a new career!!! I'm not an apartment individual I only lost my home to breast cancer! Shame on you @ peopleshameshame!!! A caring and child of GOD!"

"I have been here since November of 2022 and I find the property to be quiet and peaceful. Everybody minds their own business and management keeps a good grasp on all the inner workings around here. I’m glad I found Mountain Vista. Gidget is great and it’s evident that she cares about the property and all of the people who live here."
