"Poor management, ever neglectful my fiance made a maintenance request for the AC back in April didn't get repaired till June. I was 4 months pregnant going through the summer heat, my fiance made management aware that it's been 2 months and I was pregnant. They fixed it only to break again 2 weeks. Rick Soto is quick to ask for rent but can't even keep on top maintenance. Don't ever live here. Also walk in your apartment without a notice."
