"Stayed here 2 years and improved as we stayed! The staff was very helpful and would even answer us in texts if we had a question, the maintenance is very helpful and kind. Most neighbors are friendly, and although “high violence” area nothing ever happened to us at all throughout the time being here. Enjoyed my stay and grateful for the maintenance staff for doing their best job!"

"There is always an issue with the water. When I call to complain they say its the city. I called the city the lady said no they have this kind of thing since its an apartment complex we don't see no work being done on it. Called the apartment again and whoever answered the phone wouldn't stop putting me on hold. Rude people who work here. Same issues not getting fixed yea. I will definitely not renew my lease."
