"Great place to stay. I love Ms. Delgado and the staff. They are very prompt with addressing my family's needs. Plus it is located near Restaurants and Walmart for shopping. I also love the views of the mountains and city."

"I had rented from them 2 separate units first time stayed by the office never had problems besides them not cleaning the pool every week, then moved to another location on Altura for another year now that’s where I saw that they didn’t care about there properties or people, maintenance wasn’t great there was a leak every time it rained in my living room the side of the porch was hanging off some screws reported all this many many times my ac was always leaking water from either the side of the building or inside my vent. Also told them about a leak next to the break box & furnace & exhaust pipe was leaking if they could come look at it since it was raining & didn’t want it to cause a fire of course by the time maintenance got there it wasn’t leaking anymore didn’t do anything about it until it came to when they started turning on heater turned mine on then told me there was a leak so they would have to turn it off but would come by n fix it, once again same leak on that exhaust pipe I was telling them about they never fixed. I had some electrical issues to the point that they were going to have to upgrade the breaker box since it was an old model gave me the go around never got fixed months past would message my manager but would only get told to call the office that they wouldn’t answer or just give me the go around again. I never got my heater fixed even till the end of my contract. Finally call since they told me I would have to wait 30-60days for my deposit but Texas state law is 30days when they told me they were going to mail it to my forwarding mailing address hadn’t received anything when she tells me oh yes it’s been ready for a week go to the office to see they are only giving me $130 back out of the $400 when there charging $115 for a repair and repaint also $80 for cleaning for walls & door thinking okay that’s enough nope charge $90 more dollars for refrigerator/ stove when the apartment wasn’t clean when I got there. I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! BTW THE MAIN MANAGER IS RUDE!"

"There’s apartments we’re good until it wasn’t, I was left without hot water for 2 1/2 weeks, maintenance came and destroyed my apartment and left a mess ladder in the middle of my hall, hammers and nails all over my bedroom floor, it doesn’t matter if they’re not finished with the job, if I am occupying the space there should be no reason to leave my apartment a complete mess and make me feel uncomfortable and the space unlivable. I was given the run around by astrid and biviana and the other girls in the office. I wasn’t given a solution to my inconveniences. They should have let me move into a vacant unit but didn’t ever offer that. Only solution I was given was to come during office hours to shower, but I told them I had work during their office hours and was told it wasn’t their responsibility to accommodate me. I was interrupted while I was speaking when I asked if I could have a reduction on my rent because why did I pay $850 to live with no hot water or a comfortable space to live in for most of the month of October. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU."

There are residents who live here that are considerate and happy to live here for many years. When there has been changes or work needed to be done, they contact us in a timely manner. My work orders have always been taken care of. I love living here and will continue to do so."
