"Extremely poor customer service and horrible communication with residents. They say they will call you back and noone does. I was over charged on my water bill for 4 months straight and had been disputing it from day 1. Onstead of getting help, they charge me late fees even though the property manager agreed for me to short pay the bill until the issue got resolved."

"So this happened about a year ago. I see all these people complaining about maintenance. A customer called me to clean their carpet. When I arrived I parked where I could not more than 15 min into my work the head maintenance guy coke parks wildly jumps out his truck and tell me to leave rudely. This guy was a complete a-hole to me. I would never live here knowing that’s the kind of people running this apartments and I see the complaints on his department wow!"

"Lived here for 6 months. Loved my experience! The maintenance and staff are amazing. The apartment was very spacious with huge closets and so much natural light from all the windows. Beautiful pools."

"Terrible place to live in. Terrible management I referred a few people and they hated it and left. Swimming pool and jacuzzi is never open. Landscape is never taken care of I pulled out my own weeds. When I had several issues with toilet and washer they came a week later. Washer was never really fixed. It didn’t wash correct and spilled water several times. Rent kept going up. Water bill is over 100 since you share water. Not fair. Trash is always full. I spoke to management several times and she did not care. Hannah was at the office and she was a great help so we’re a few of the maintenance guys an older man. The rest were rude and he never nocked coming in and I had a young daughter. Did not feel like home. We all spoke at the pool and said we felt unwanted and we all left. Good luck if you take this risk. They need new management. Making it more inviting and less cold."
