"When you move out they have exaggerated charges. I was charged over $1400 of ridiculous fees. My friend who lived there also was charged over $1000 of fees. The staff never answers their phone nor returns calls if you leave a voicemail. Some of the fees I was charged was “carpet cleaning” then another that says carpet replacement which is over $800. Makes no sense. There is way more other apartment complex’s worth living at. I would highly not recommend this one."

"I lived here for a year and a half and mostly loved it! When it switched from Puerta Villa at Pellicano to Lifestyles at Pellicano there was a noticeable change in grounds upkeep - a lot more dog poop all over the place; busted sprinklers; landscapers would trim trees/bushes and debris was left for months, killing other plants and just becoming an eyesore. Also the all white exterior paint (still in the pictures) was the main draw to live there and they painted this hideous blue and brown trim all over everything once it changed management as well. Hopefully they can restore this community because it was really perfect the first year I was there, I definitely would’ve stayed a good while longer if it hadn’t changed."

"I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and the office never answers the phones. They will be in the office reading a book and forwarding all calls. Their poor communication skills are a main issue. They’ll leave a note on your door and invade your privacy in less than 24 hrs and consider that to be acceptable. The apartments are nice but the office staff needs to be replaced and they need to get a hold of all the residents that don’t clean up after their animals. The grounds is full of poop and most of the time there’s no poop bags available."

"I used to live here from 2016-2020 and I really liked it. Now he moved back here since March and it feels like being home again. It's a very safe place to live and we really enjoy all the amenities that this community has! We really appreciate the office staff and the maintenance staff as well!"

"The ladies in the front are so rude and nosy. I needed a proof of residency for a personal reason. I just needed them to sign saying me and my daughter lived there and the girl in the office refused until I told her EXACTLY what it was for. The maintenance people do a great job at keeping the outside clean and grass green. The pest control guy doesn’t do a good job. I’ve asked him to come over and over again to get rid of a spider problem and he just sprays 2 spots and leaves."
