"We lived here for a few years and we loved every minute of it. The move in and move out process was so easy. Amanda was seriously the best and so helpful and was always there when we needed her. Parking was a bit of an issue if you have more than 1 vehicle but not too bad. Oscar was also amazing when he was there. We definitely miss it! I would recommend these apartments to anyone :)"

My large dog loved it here and they were very accommodating for her breed and her needs ! We really enjoyed living at these apartments and never felt unhappy! 10/10"

"I loved living here. I lived here for two years with no issues. Amanda was sooo sweet and Oscar was very helpful. Whenever you needed anything dealing with maintenance Oscar would be there. Pest control came every month so you can assure you won’t have to worry about bugs. It was a very nice complex and if you had a package come, you could opt for Amanda to sit it in your apartment for you. Rent was a good price. I don’t have any complaints at all about this place and I would highly recommend to anyone in the El Paso area looking for a gated community on the east side of El Paso. I must not forget the commute to work was quick."

"We enjoyed living there from day one. The view of the mountains and the city, we got from our bedroom window, from the entrance was phenomenal. The balcony had a nice view of the patio. Maintenance was on point, Oscar knows his stuff and always willing to help. He took our old washer out from the apartment unit. Amanda was always friendly, providing the best customer service with an awesome attitude to all tenants. Amanda, always trying to get all the tenants involved in the complex activities. Even though parking was an issue at times, and we got our parking space taken a couple of times, all tenants were respectful. Since, my husband works from home, his clients never had an issue finding available parking space on the free designated space. Plus the location was Phenomenal!!! very accessible from different parts of the city and easy access to the loop 375 and I-10."

"My husband and I just finished signing a lease here at these apartments and are very excited about it! We had been looking around for either an apartment or a house to rent, and we stumbled upon this complex that we had not heard of before. The house we are living at now is not worth the money we're paying and if something breaks, it's like pulling teeth to get fixed or replaced. When Erika, the office manager, called me back she was very friendly and seemed like she was genuine. We went right away to see the apartments and to meet with her. We instantly fell in love with both her and the complex! We've lived in our share of rental properties and we've never seen a complex so well-kept, it was hard believing that it was only her in the office and one maintenance man! The apartment was nice and spacious and well taken care of, even if it wasn't "ready" yet. The kitchen has plenty of counterspace which is a must, and the living room has a wood-burning fireplace! We went the next day with our $100 deposit to hold the apartment for us until the end of the month. Just today, we signed our lease! We look forward to living at our new place and we will recommend everyone to go see Erika at the Summerstone Apartments!"
