San Marcos Apartments

"If I could give a worse rating then 1 star I would. I HIGHLY ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS. Horribly maintained, lack of management and customer service is ridiculous. Someone should really look into the legality of this place cause wow they're shady. Don't make the horrible regret I did. Worst apt in my life."

"Management is basically non existent, we constantly file complaints about things wrong with the apartment and they take weeks to fix them only for them to break again"

"When I moved in my cabinets fell apart and it took forever for them to fix, there always turning off the water,never parking, air conditioner doesn’t work, there portal to pay your rent doesn’t work right. Your rent fluctuates because of the utilities which they don’t tell you. They offer free cable and internet but the cable you have to stream. They painted over my counters in the bathroom and kitchen so when you clean them the paint comes off. The rooms are really small for the price. The only thing I do like is it’s quiet, but I won’t be staying once it’s time to renew my lease."

"The cabinets/floor need to be renovated, swamp cooler doesn't work, and management is not prompt or cooperative to resolve any of the problems. To make matters worse - bring a lawyer before signing the contract - negotiate. If not, find another apartment complex."
