"I went to la privada this past weekend and the leasing agent Itzel was so helpful. She answered all of my questions and any concerns I had. The property was very clean. I absolutely loved the unit she showed me. Highly recommend."

"This place is horrible, it was a nightmare living here for almost three years. The windows are old you can hear everything from either side. The place is infested with insects. We spent three months without a tub because the one they had when we moved in was rotten. They never answer the phone, and take weeks to complete repairs. They also shut the water whenever they feel like it. Honestly living in these conditions is what motivated us to buy a house. Not to mention that once you leave they will try to charge you for whatever they want. Please make yourself a favor and stay away from these trashy apartments. Update: Two days after I posted this review it came out in the news that a couple found fungi in their apartment they even found mushrooms growing out of the carpet."

"The apartments are clean and well kept up. The office people are nice and very easy to deal with. Reyna in the office is amazing helps and is there for all tenants. She has made living there so much more peaceful and comfortable."
