"The office is very friendly. Management is prompt in addressing any issues. Maintenance has a great turn around time in fixing any issues. The price is great for the amount of space you get. I especially love their texting feature where you can text the office. Very convenient and keeps record of conversations. Also often i see either maintenance or staff walking around sweeping up trash making sure those who cannot tend to their mess is not causing issues for those who keep clean. The dump trucks come often to empty out the dumpsters which i find amazing!!!!! I would recommend this location for those who like space for a good price and professional office management."

"I lived in Valley Ridge for 12 months, and I thoroughly recommend this place. It has vast space, and even when the apartments are for the 70s, they are in good shape. Management is the best, they are always kind, and they are very considerate. I felt this place like a home, I didn't want to leave, but I had to be closer to my job. There's plenty of parking, so that's not an issue. There were a few maintenance requests, and they arrived at the place and fixed it quickly, just once the maintenance guy though that I was exaggerating and didn't pay attention to my complaint, after talking to management, they fixed it. I loved this place, and they do return the deposit."

"Management is friendly and professional. Reasonable price. They spray for pests often, and we have very few issues with pests. Pet friendly, though not everybody is good about picking up poop. Landscaping is nice, and they seem to water responsibly. Our oven was a small apartment-sized one, which was inconvenient, and sometimes maintenance took a few days to get on the issues, but all the maintenance workers are friendly and helpful, and everything gets fixed eventually. The apartments are a little old, so some of our woodwork and hinges and things were kind of falling apart, but nothing critical. Water is consistent. Parking lot's a little wonky, but we always find a space close to our apartment. Overall, a great place to live."
