"The parking situation is horrendous, and the towing company the property has contracted is horrible A and D towing located on Lee Blvd, I have tried contacting them on multiple occasions and when I have asked to speak management I lm hung up on every time. The reviews for that business make me feel very uneasy about the situation also they have been accused of theft, negligent practices and even lying on documentation by former and current employees on their reviews the owner Andy almost refuses to speak in English and hangs up every time and the property management here is no help either all you can do is leave a message and wait for a response which I have not received one yet."

"The parking situation here and office manager are horrid. As if there isn't enough problems parking already, Daisy likes to have her boyfriend over in his yellow mustang making it even harder to find a place to park and visit my family, or for the caregiver to provide assistance. With more access to the parking lot than residents, even the tow truck driver knows not to take the boyfriends car. The bf even drives his motorcycle and parks it on the sidewalk if he wants to. Basically like he owns the place. Meanwhile we're at the point where the provider agency is refusing to provide services because the caregivers are constantly being towed. My elderly aunt cannot be left unsupervised making it difficult to not utilize the parking available in front of her residence. But then visitor parking is also being taken up, by the office managers friends, that often forces us to park across the street making it dangerous to have to cross Vista del sol. But office staff don't care one bit that a senior citizen that could very well be their own mother is shuffling across a busy intersection that has frequent accidents. Having said that if anything happens it will be the office's fault since they were aware of the risks and they could have easily prevented it. The office has even suggested parking on Vista del sol. To make matters worse the boyfriend can be seen in the office helping Daisy with office work and also hand delivering notices to residents doors. Is there no respect for privacy of information? This is unacceptable and it is mind boggling HUD would allow their property to be managed this way."

Between work and school, the manager Ms.Daisy is always available to work with our family in rescheduling or in finding the best day to come in for a meeting. She takes the time to explain on any questions or concerns we may have. Wish all managers were like this, organized, informative and most importantly Kind! If you read this Ms.Daisy, Thank You."

"It's crazy how people assume things in the apartments. Do you know that for a fact? Make sure it's all facts before making false accusations. Daisy has been a great person since she has taken over. The previous ladies that were there before were extremely rude. Daisy is a great person and good at customer service. She listens to everyone and is very professional. Her son visits her, which shouldn't be anyone's business. Friendly reminder people often get sued for defamation of character. Google it! PLEASE DONT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ! Aside everything the apartments are great and very comfortable. Staff is great!"

"My family has lived here for almost 20 years. Ever since Envolve took over the apartments have turned to garbage. Envolve and office staff do not care about their community and will discriminate against disabilities. All they care about is making their business by towing their own residents' cars. They steal from their own residents homes too and are on video doing it but residents are so afraid of retaliation they don't say anything despite law enforcement agreeing it was theft. We can't visit our family anymore because the office keeps towing us after they took away most visitors parking. It's pitch black at night in what's left of visitors parking because the lights don't work making it unsafe after dark. Not visiting our family has made them go into a deep depression requiring medications AND ENVOLVE DOESN'T CARE. But the moment we show up to visit the office staff is quick to take pictures of our cars followed by the tow truck. This in spite of the parking lot always being empty and visitor parking being full. Stay far away from envolve if your care about your health, property, family etc. We're moving our family out with or without benefits. Envolve and it's staff aren't worth a dime much less your health. And the people they hire are truly POSs because those are the only sub-humans who will carry out envolves unethical practices."
