"Yes they are income based. The staff not the best, took 3 weeks to fix a leaking bathroom sink faucet and pipe. The carpet is so old, has stains all over and they refuse to change them. Previous tenant had pets and the smell of urine is horrible, yet the manager said it is what it is. Most of the people leave windows open or have fans because the AC does not work. The apartment get so humid, yet they say everything is fine. There's no one to care for the maintenance around the apartments so there's always trash and the stairs are all stained and just gives a bad impression. We were showed the model which was nice, yet we get one thats is smelly and nothing was cleaned or fixed. There's only one maintenance guy for over 100 units, so yes they will take forever to fix stuff. The gym consists of three treadmills. A lot of cats, but people don't seem to get on your business so that's a plus. Look elsewhere before signing a lease because the manager will act all cute and all but then she forgets about everything that has to do with the complex."
