Paso Oeste Apartments

"How are we supposed to be added to the lease when the office is always closed? Every time I go the blinds are always closed. This is getting worse and worse everyday. The new "manager" always say that she is there to help. WHERE IS THE HELP? Bring previous management back. We don't even like to call this place home, it has so many issues. Office is always closed, staff in the office is rude, never answers the phone. One thing you guys do not forget is when we don't pay rent. We cant even load up the laundry card. So many changes in management and this one is worst one. So many apartments around me in building 6 and 7 that do not have people living in them. THIS PROPERTY IS FULL OF ISSUES."

"I love my home at Paso Oeste, however I'm not too thrilled about the new management. Over the last month I've made work order request every week. My request were ignored by the office management. The office is always closed and when open the manager is always running out the door to take personal calls. I'm not even sure when is a good time to address my concerns to the management since the doors are locked majority of the time. The office hours have been taken down with no notice to when the office will be open, and most of my calls are forwarded to voicemail. Not sure where the old management went but I wish they were still around. My request were always met within the same day."

"I have been looking for an apartment for quite a while now. I drove by and saw these apartments and thought why not? I came in and I felt like I was so welcomed by Eric. Extremely friendly! He has been nothing but the best. GREAT customer service. I took a tour of the apartments and knew right away that I’d fit perfect here. Eric helped every step of the way. The application process was very easy. I’m looking forward to moving in Friday. I got the classic version of the apartments and I’m 100 satisfied. Great place so far I’d give 10 stars if I could!"

"Spent 16 months here, and the management has really improved. The maintenance request are simple to make and they are completed in a timely manner. I’ve had a wonderful experience thanks one of the team members. Eric has been nothing but helpful and always provides a warm welcoming."

"I really like it here. It's really calm (quite), we have a pool, there's a dog park in front of my apartment, the office is helpful and they always answer their phone. Erik is so nice and helpful, he helped me move in and it was quick and easy. When something needs to be fixed in my apartment maintenance shows up the next day and takes care of it. The only thing I don't like about here is they shut the water off like once a month or every 3 weeks, but at least they usually let us know a couple days before."
