"This Apartment complex has many deficiencies. Firstly the manager Angelica lied to us showing a model home and are told we'd be signing for one that is exactly the same. We sign under the expectation of moving into something similar and see it is no where near the same, the wood floors are chipped the stairway was supposed to be carpeted and is chipped wood. The lighting has dust upon moving in around bulb covering. The lighting for the stairway is faulty constantly need to flip the switch to finally get light to turn on. We've had a leaky ceiling that ruined our pool table from water damage. We wanted to break our contract with Caprock apartments but management refused many times. Every time there is a maintenance issue it'll take days before it gets addressed and they'll leave a mess afterwards and do poor job of cleaning up afterwards. The maintenance crew asked for our cleaning supplies to clean around worked area. There is constant water shutoffs that will last Hours! We were told that when we moved in the carpet would be new for the rooms and it wasn't it was supposedly deep cleaned by a professional crew but there was hair and stains all around. The cleaning crew they hire will cut grass outside a blow the grass into your front porch without a care of furniture you have outside. They hired a roofing company that left long nails that fell from the ceiling on your porch area and sidewalks. The management will take no responsibility with anything wrong that you complain about. We also no longer allow maintenance crew to enter our home without us being home because they'll sit and watch your TV instead of working. Their supposed pool is always closed because mold is formed it's only used as bait to attract tenants but there really is no pool. There is theft in peoples vehicles constantly. This Complex is poorly maintained and managed the staff is unprofessional and will take no accountability of anything! I am leaving this review to avoid people the headache of moving in."

"I stayed at Caprock in their fully furnished unit while in El Paso for 7 months and it was a great experience. The property is very well kept, management is responsive to any needs you have and I was very pleased with the amenities at the property. The location is very convenient to many great restaurants and all the retail stores you would need. I really appreciated working with Lana as my move out date was not clear my last couple of months, and she was extremely professional along with the entire staff!"

"Definitely not the place to live. Military son went and paid application fee and deposit to hold apartment just to find out that he didn’t qualify and the apartment person Lanna will not return his deposit for the hold. It states that only application fee is non refundable. She then says I’ll return 50.00 out of good faith. What BS is this. Not worth the stress!"

"Think twice before moving into these apartments. Property managers put up a good show but don't care. They talk to you like children and blame the residents for crime at the complex. On numerous occasions vehicles have been vandalized, a car stolen, and tires stolen. Managers state there is no crime because it is "self inflicted". How ignorant. Repairs are quick but hardly repairs, more patches. Apartment leaked water twice from the ceiling, once during the first week of moving in. Water shut off consistently. Hot tub jets don't work. Definitely contact eppd about the crime at this complex to learn the truth and make an informed decision. They will lie to you."
