"They really make living here not a peaceful to live. Every time something doesn’t go their way they threaten you with a 3 days notice to move out. Just got one on my door because $9.40 of a late fee wasn’t paid lol Didn’t bother to call anyone or ring the door bell to let someone know."
"Our apartment is perfect it’s newly remodeled so everything is brand new no bugs however u can not control the thermostat past a certain degree in seasons the water is slightly cloudy which comes an goes the toilet makes a shooting sound when flushed it’s our second night here so far no noise complaints on our end definitely a good place for the price we pay but to get a parking pass u have to have a Texas register car and valid insurance Or u will be towed"
