"First of all, the rent they have listed isn’t the rent you pay every month because they don’t include the required fees of trash and pest. When I toured- and the application I signed-said pet rent was 20 dollars and deposit of $500, when I was moved in it was raised to $35 monthly $700 deposit(for any weight ;highest I’ve seen for this range of apartment) even though I SIGNED a legal application with a different amount there was nothing they could do. For all that money, a tenant has the audacity to tell me to leave bc her dogs “aren’t friendly( i.e are not trained), have been waiting and haven’t been out all day(said in the evening), and everyone only stays 5 min” she could have walked her dogs but no she makes a scene and lives right across from the dog park so there’s no staying away from her. She also leaves cigarette butts in the dog park for everyone’s dogs to ingest. She has furniture outside that isn’t for the out doors which we were told and reminded recently(through whole facility messaging) was not allowed and that we would be fined. I have already had three instances with her where I couldn’t take my dogs into the park, and where I had to leave. (Keep in mind I work three jobs and my dogs stay at boarding centers when I’m not home so we’re never there, and I’ve only lived here for 1.5 months so that’s a lot of run-ins with her.)When I moved in my lock fell off the door, and continued to do so for two and half days until it was replaced. Obviously, I waited to move stuff into my apartment if it wasn’t properly secure( even though I was already paying for it), so that’s when I noticed the water heater was leaking- it had to be replaced and I went without hot water for the time being. Plugs were without electricity, the water drain in the patio is falling off so much so that I can’t open the storage door without having to push the drain up and out of the way. There’s signs of water damage patches on the ceilings in every room, the drains were CLOGGED with hair… the list goes on. Then first months rent charges were incorrect, I called the office and sent several emails over several days with no luck. I was then contacted by someone from the company who handles rent notifying me that I will be late soon, I told her to remove the charges so I can pay rent bc the website will only allow the submission of total amount. I had to pay the full amount or else I would be subjected to 10% fee (I was told 5% by Javier when touring). It’s been 18 days and still no refund of my overpayment. The virtual tours of the apartments look nothing like the actual apartments (the one I’m in wasn’t near as updated as the one I saw).Parking is HORRIBLE (for the area I live), we’re all fighting for spots within somewhat-decent range of our apartments and most of the time we lose that fight and have to park several hundred yards away. Javier seems to do his best, and maintenance requests, so far, are done rather quickly."

"I've lived here for 6 months now and I love it. Maintenance is on the ball. If there's ever anything I need they are here within 24 hrs. The manager is amazing. She's friendly, efficient and straight forward. I am so happy I found this place. I would recommend it to anyone, especially pet owners. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the buildings are older and it shows but everything works and the apartments are clean and very livable."
