"Well now that I no longer live there, I feel comfortable enough to give my honest opinion: the all inclusiveness of utilities and rent is a great deal. All you have to pay for is WiFi, if you choose to. However, the AC only hits the living room, since that’s where it’s located. There is no central air. The new renovated apartments won’t have a ceiling fan in the bedroom, so just brace yourself. You will have to purchase your own fan. The water gets shut off about every week or so and sometimes the water is brown. Sometimes you get no notice about the water, especially if something is wrong after hours. It was annoying because around 8pm I’d give my daughter a bath and the water would either be off or cold. The walls are pretty thin; if your neighbor is smoking you WILL smell it in your unit. Some rules apply to certain tenants and other do not: in terms of maintenance entering the unit. I was told there is a mandatory 2 knock policy in terms of emergencies. I had flooding in my unit for 3 days until my neighbor agreed for maintenance to enter his apartment and fix the leak. However, when the fire department turned my gas off, the maintenance manager entered my apartment the next day because “ it was an emergency” instead of waiting for me to open the door. There was no gas leak or anything. Oh and THE GAS, Jeez Louise. If someone uses the oven the whole complex smells of gas. I had to get a new stove because the old one was emitting too much gas. Aside from the guy getting shot across the street, the area is pretty quiet and safe. The leasing manager makes it difficult to reach out to corporate, at times, if you have any issues but the other young lady in the front is absolutely kind, extremely professional, and AMAZING. In conclusion, if you’re never really home, don’t have any maintenance issues, and no problems paying your rent on time you more than likely won’t really experience any of the issues mentioned. Hopefully you’ll have an amazing experience at this property."

"My parents have lived here for over 15 years; It has its ups and down but over the past year Vista Sol Apartments have really stepped up their game... They even have an indoor gym room with brand new equipment."

The reception staff are two very beautiful women and always attentive to all needs, they always attended me quickly and efficiently. The maintenance staff is very correct and very efficient in covering their work. I highly recommend Vista Sol apartments to live.!!!"

"Living at Vista Sol Apartments is a pleasant experience. I speak for myself. I'm 2 months away from turning one year here, and it's been good. I believe that all of us who live here make this place a pleasant place. Where one wants to be. It's not management or maintenance, although they do their job and do it fantastically. With me, they have always been attentive, helpful,and prompt for any anomaly that happens in the apartment, things that can happen anywhere they want to live. Diana, Laurissa, and the maintenance guys make Vista Sol Apartments a place to see. What happens things I repeat. Like everywhere, only here, if they pay attention to you. People are the ones that cause problems and make the places where you live, pleasant or not. Not because you are paying a monthly payment, you are going to destroy it, take care of what you are entrusted with, that way you take care of your money, your environment, your neighbors and believe it or not, this translates into improvements for you and those around you . Everywhere there are rules. We must respect them. Only then will we live peacefully and well in Vista Sol Apartments."

"I have been living here for the past year, and next week, I have to move on. I am sad to say, I'm really going to miss this place. This was a wonderful place to call home. I was hesitant to move in because of some of the negative reviews, but I believe those were just angry people. In the year that I was here, I never saw even one cockroach in my apartment. I never heard my neighbors, but they were all friendly. Anytime I needed anything, all I had to do was call the office, and they would come to take care of it right away. Everyone here, from the office staff to all the maintenance crew, are super nice and helpful! The laundry room was always super clean, which is rare in apartments, and the pool was sparkling clean, and I used it everyday! The rent here is actually really low considering what you get, as well as the care and consideration of all the staff. I will miss this place, and I may come back one day. Thank you for making this little place a wonderful home!"
