"The people here are rude and noisy, the manager never takes action, the workers rarely do they're work, the apartments are horrible, the washing machines are tampered and destroyed by the neighbors, and there's an old man with a savage dog that bolts towards people and can sometimes cause injuries. Basically don't rent these apartments. Update: countless items from my apartments are missing without an explanation as to why; I suspect it to be the workers and Im scared as to of its true. Not to metion the kids are now messing with the cars, going as far as to pop the tires on cars. Still do not rent these apartments Update: my room window binding(the net on the windows) has been tampered with and with a rise of the neighborhood teens now being off school I fear that if I leave my apartment it will be broken into. The kids and teens often get themselves into trouble as well and I worry for the new kids that happen to move into these apartments. If you value your family's safety or just your own, please consider looking for another housing unit. Update: raised prices up for no improvements whatsoever. My bathroom had a leakage problem overtop of my bathtub and workers had to come over to fix the issue. They replaced the broken down inner roof but never repainted it and left my bathroom a mess afterwards. I'm also bringing up the issue of pest control since it's just a nuisance on how it is handled. The apartment will now charge $50 fee for not answering, people have to go to classes on campus, people have to work, the heck you mean $50 fee for no show. Sometimes they don't even show up and just put a paper saying sorry it's gonna be rescheduled. Avoid these apartments, they're worth ziltch. Update: I just need to add more to this complaint before I start copying and pasting this review to all sorts of apartment review websites. They randomly turn off the water for the apartments. No notice, no calls, they just turn it off. I've also recently had problems with how they handle situations. A roof burst and they just turn off the AC to fix the problem, when it collapses is when they take things seriously. Just don't bother with these apartments, never worth the price."
