"Office staff (Araceli) is extremely unprofessional and truly a miserable human being. Her husband is head of maintenance and handles the property like she beats him for every penny he spends. They “repair” leaks and problems in the wall and cover it up with cardboard and paint the cardboard white! The wall in my restroom looks like it is melting from the unfixed leak from the apartment above. Fixtures rust and break off but don’t get replace. Reserved parking is $50 a month and barely enforced. Laundry room is gross and steals your money. Overall, this place will leave a bad taste in your mouth. Just keep looking."

"Ive been here a month and its comfortable. The only downside is the lack of communication from the management. My friend decided to move in a week after me and they offered him a townhome for the same price I'm paying for an apartment. Other than that the place is nice and the maintenance crew, though sometimes hard to reach, always go help same day."
