"They do not fix anything. All my neighbors pay 750 I pay 950 for a 2 bd 1 bath. The landlord is rude told my mom to shut up. We have mold in our bathroom in our downstairs closet had a water leak never came to fix. No ac no heater been broke since I moved in over a year so. Do not rent from these apartments and she keeps adding charges that we already paid"

"I am a current resident I luv the Mrs.Kim best property manager u could have but the management above her sucks I’ve been here two months first months rent should’ve been dropped because when I moved in the stove didn’t work and the AC didn’t work my window was busted out and none of my doors closed in the house but I went ahead and paid some of my rent. The next month came and my heater went out. It’s been out almost a month and y’all know how cold it is outside so I haven’t paid rent to be honest, they want to serve notices because they don’t like to fix anything"

"I applied over a month ago and the office is impossible to get in touch with. It's like nobody works in the office.If their office is ran like this I imagine how hard it must be for the tenants that live on the property. Horrible business practices."

"We lived there for two years. So many different apartment managers. One point we went for months without ac (Jan-June of 2020). Around this same time time we were paying for the rent w/ washer, but it took months to get the machine fixed. We still paid rent on time. Work orders take several days, if not weeks as there is one maintenance man for four very run down buildings. They do a split Water Bill that comes from the property, not a utility service; the average bill would be 80$-100$ just for two people, I have since learned that this is a ridiculous amount. The most recent apartment manager would insist that everyone keep their front properties clear, while her yard was full of things; including a screaming husky puppy that was chained to the fence all the time. We gave a months notice when we moved out so we'd have overlap to move into our new house. Two days after we moved our furniture out, I tried to swing by and the locks had been changed even though we still had several day left on our lease technically. We were planning on cleaning the house in this time period. When my fiance went the following day to check it out, they were already moving someone in. This was only half way through month the month of June that we paid for IN FULL. We brushed this off because we were told we'd get our deposit back. It is now September and apparently we are not getting our deposit back because 'on paper' it says that they 'needed to clean and paint.' When they never even gave us the chance to clean. We never painted because it was not allowed; trust me we would have if we could have. When my fiance brought up that we never had the chance to clean because they moved someone in, the apartment manager stated that 'on paper they didn't move in until a week later.'"
