"Nice swimming pool"
"I moved in in December and Melissa was the property manager at the time. She seemed mostly helpful, if a bit difficult to get ahold of, and we got moved in on shortih notice. Since then it has been all downhill. A list of all the nonsense we have had to deal with includes: -being told the apartment had beein remodeled and cleaned before we move in, but the apartment was filthy including food on the stove, counters, walls and floors. -a broken front doorknob that wouldn't lock that took 1 month and several phone calls to get fixed despite us reporting it upon move in. -No smoke detector in the kitchen reported on move in. This took a month and a half and several phone calls to fix as well -No handles on any of the bathroom or kitchen cabinets reported upon move in that took 2 months and several phone calls to fixed. - a broken drawer that had been shottily repaired before that i was told would take 2 days to reapir, but took a month. -multiple changes in management, including melissa being fired 2 weeksish after we moved in and us not being able to get ahold of anyone for another week or so,both with and without notice and whenever we have issues, it is always blamed on prior management yet the issues continue. - being lied to when we moved in about how our electrical billing would work, leading to our electicity being cut off and us having to spend 2 hours being bounced around between maintenance, admin, and the power company trying to find out why we do not have electricity. And of course noone can be held accountable for this because it is all blamed on prior poor management and current management just has to try to fix the mess now -an attempt at an illegal eviction with 3 days notice with a payment plan for rent (necessary given all the back electricity we had to pay) in place and no prior warning about possible action towards eviction - a leak from the neighboring apartment into our kitchen/dining room every time they ran their washing machine (daily) that they ignored my calls about, only sent maintenance out about once the neighbors called, then did nothing about. A week later they (illegally) entered my apartment without notice while nobody was home and we only knew because they left a message saying that the flooding was because our washing machine (which we haven't used in months due to it being broken) was broken."
"Beautiful property with great management. Would highly recommend. Melissa Smith was awesome and helped us in every way imaginable!"
"Miss Melissa (the owner) was very kind to us. And the apartments are very nice and roomy. We just signed a lease with them and can NOT wait to be moved in. I totally recommend them."
