The Wyndham Apartments 4501 71st Street, Lubbock, TX 79424

"The Wyndham Apartments have been great to my family of 3! We live in a 1 bedroom and it is suitable for us! The rent is so worth it. You are also never charged blindly with any extra fees that aren’t on the lease. The management is outstanding. Anything that we need fixed they get done for us within a day. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The property manager Cindy is great. She is so friendly, helpful, and always available. I never have to worry because I know the Wyndham management will be there when they are needed! I also want to say the maintenance man (Jo) is amazing at what he does. He knows what he is doing and is also very friendly when he comes and fixes something or even when we just see him around the property. I give Wyndham Apartment 5 stars! Keep doing what yall do!"

"I like it a lot good for my little family maintenance is very friendly main office ladies very nice as well. only suggestion maybe get some security cameras in parking a lot,unless we already have some and I’m just not aware but overall great"

"The ladies in the office are the best!! This is my first apartment and they answer ALL of my questions with no problem. Also, for any issues that I have I put in a work order and they are here the same day within the hour to fix the issue. They are so sweet and are very involved in making sure the property is up to par and that everything is running smoothly. I could not have asked for better property managers as a first time renter!!"
