"Worst company to deal with. Everyone is so rude. They act like a simple concern or question puts them out of their way. It made my daughter's first rental experience the worst she could have. For sure not dealing with them ever again. If I could give negative stars I would."

"WORST RENTAL PROPERTY EVER!!!! If you're looking to lease DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!! You're better off living in a cardboard box on the side of the road at least there you'd get more compassion from strangers than these people that work at this office!! I had so many issues in my house that we rented mind you it was a newer houses and my ac broke down all summer my house was 100 degrees and it took them nearly 2mths to fix it! I would call and I would get attitude and the run around or they would stop answering I got into plenty arguments with Crystal & Jennifer and they both are absolutely unprofessional and these women act like these homes belong to them, I'm going to keep this classy and not write what I truly want to call them both!! They kicked us out 1 month before our lease was due because we hadn't paid the rent for that month we were still in!!!! Tell me how that makes sense?! When I called and went by they wouldn't answer and the office was continuously closed, I left message, voicemails and no reply what so ever! Left myself and my 2 kids homeless and now even more when they put an eviction on me when I had 1 month left on the lease!! Absolutely ridiculous horrible horrible I wish I could give 0 stars!!!! PLEASE DON'T DO IT SERIOUSLY!"

When work orders need to be delt with they are timely and well constructed. The property is nice and spacious! I have enjoyed my time so far and will be looking into renewing my lease with them again!"
