Cameron Court Apartments 1001 North Indiana Avenue, Lubbock, TX 79415

"I am writing this review for my cousin because she ask me too. My cousin moved out these apartments May 31,2022 and moved into her house June 1st of 2022., they are now trying to charge her for prorated rent until June 8th the manager stated she didn’t get the keys until June 6th from her employees and they are trying to charge her with getting the carpet cleaned. Mind you this is a new manager she was not the manager when my cousin lived there. They owe her, her deposit which she has not received but was informed that they owe her money. Please research before moving into these apartments."

"They have roach problems and haven’t done anything to help with getting rid of them. Inexcusable and absolutely lazy staff who doesn’t care about their residents. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF POSSIBLE."

"Some things in my apartment are worn down that’s why I gave 4 stars but other than that I like Living here, ive had 3 problems/issues since being here and they fixed it in a timely manner, all the lady’s in the office are really nice and helpful !"

"Not happy one bit Worst place ever to move my family too! Take note robbery is clearly okay here in this "gated community" including damages to Windows of my vechale 2 weeks after finding my vechale which was stolen few weeks before from The "Camron courts" Clearly I would never recommend anyone!! To ever live here and if you do already live here get out!"

"I wouldnt even give this place one star the leasing agent TIMMY is bad at helping residents and has an attitude about everything.no use in telling the office about any issues cuz everyone is lazy and maintenance takes forever. Would NOT recommend."
